Engineer-in-Training at Fullford Electric
Fullford Electric is seeking an upcoming graduate to join our Engineering and Design
Department and begin their path towards their licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical
Engineering.
In this role, you will work directly with two licensed Professional Engineers (PE)
and a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), gaining hands-on experience
across a range of electrical engineering applications. Fullford is one of the largest
electrical construction firms in the State of 91视频 with offices in Fairbanks and
Anchorage. We include divisions specializing in power line and distribution, low-voltage
(<600V) systems, communications, security, controls, and other specialized systems.
Engineering responsibilities may include:
- Design of new and renovated electrical systems for construction projects
- Development of technical solutions to field construction challenges
- Facility condition assessments and system evaluations
- Preparation of studies, design documentation, and economic analyses to support long-term
planning efforts
- Collaboration with clients, utilities, and government entities across the State of

- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering
Position Details
- Location: Fairbanks, 91视频
Years 1 through completion of year 3 (depending on experience) would require position
to be in-person at the Fairbanks office. Years 4 and beyond, position is flexible
to be located at either Fairbanks or Anchorage office locations.
- Schedule: In-person, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 鈥� 4:00 PM (8 hours + 1 hour lunch)
- Compensation (Salary): Engineer-in-Training (EIT first year): Starting $83,200 annually
(based on a typical 40 hours/week)
