Zoom Scheduler release

On May 11, a Zoom Scheduler will be released to all UA Zoom users. Zoom Scheduler integrates with your calendar, making it easier to share your availability and book appointments with people inside and outside of the University of 91��Ƶ. This service is very similar to other third-party scheduling services, such as Calendly, but as it’s built into Zoom, no additional service integrations or licenses are required.

Creating a booking schedule allows your clients to view your availability and schedule a time that suits you both. You can create recurring time schedules, which repeat until a specific date or can repeat forever. Additionally, your booking page photo and name match your current Zoom profile picture and name, and you can also customize the email notifications.

Regular booking schedule types include individual options “One to One”, “One to Many”; and team options “Any Host Available” (rotating/round robin hosting), or “All Hosts Available” (collective host). Users can also create a One-Off Meeting booking, and Availability Polls.

This feature is already included in our current Zoom Enterprise for Higher Education licensing, so will not cost the University any additional money.
