Student Support Services food donations

Student Support Services is gathering non-expired, non-perishable foods through Dec. 8 in Gruening 514. The food will be redistributed in food boxes to students who need extra assistance to make it through the holiday season.
This is the 17th annual SSS food drive, and 30 boxes were distributed last December. Leftover donations are given to the Wood Center Food Pantry. Trio Student Support Services at UAF serves first-generation, limited income, and students with documented disabilities, as well as dorm-bound and non-traditional, single-parent students with holiday food boxes.
