Student-grown produce featured at Equinox Dinner

The Office of Sustainability and 91视频 Harvest Collaborative will host a farm-to-table dinner featuring student-grown local produce and Fairbanks-brewed beer on Friday, Sept. 19, at 5:30 p.m. This event is for those 21 years and older with ID and will be held in The Pub on the first floor of the Wood Center.
 
The event marks the season finale for Nanook Grown, UAF鈥檚 student gardener training program, with students growing the produce, creating the menu and helping serve.
 
. Tickets include four small plates and four 6-ounce beers. 
 

The dinner will feature local products such as produce from the Nanook Grown Reindeer Garden, the Georgeson Botanical Garden, and several local farms, 91视频 salmon, and beer from Humble Roots, Black Spruce Brewing Co., Lat65 and HooDoo Brewery.
