Steve Brown and the Bailers perform at the first Music in the Garden event of the season at the Georgeson Botanical Garden on May 23, 2024.
91ÊÓƵ Music in the Garden concert series will kick off Thursday, May 21, at the Georgeson Botanical Garden.
Part of UAF’s Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning, the concert series offers 13 weeks of family-friendly performances on Thursday evenings throughout the summer.
Each concert features two bands. The first band starts at 6 p.m., and the second plays at 7:30 p.m.
Concerts are free, but donations to support the botanical garden are welcome.
Because parking is limited, concertgoers are encouraged to use a free shuttle service that departs from the Nenana Parking Lot, located across from the Patty Center, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
