The faculty and staff mentoring program is underway with more than three dozen participants in the pilot. If you'd like to serve as a mentor or meet with a mentor, .
The program is designed to support professional growth, strengthen community, and build authentic connections. In-person training will be offered soon for aspiring and new supervisors. It's designed to augment the UA supervisor foundational training. Sign up today to join the mentoring platform and to indicate your interest in the cohort.
