As the end of the semester approaches, the Accreditation team would like to share some information and resources regarding Blue course evaluations.

Course Evaluation Submission Window Dates are dependent on the duration of the course. Course evaluation survey submission dates for all courses can be found within your . For instructions on identifying survey submission dates, please see page 3 of this Guide.
Course Evaluation Reports are released two weeks after the term ends. You will receive an email notification when reports are able to be viewed and downloaded. For more detailed information, please review the Faculty's Guide to Reports.
Offering Incentives to Students
Instructors are not required to give extra credit to incentivize students to complete
course evaluations; however, it is highly recommended that instructors encourage students
to participate in the course evaluation process.
In cases where an incentive is provided, UAF permits instructors to offer class-wide incentives for course evaluation submissions. For example, if 50% of students submit the survey, then every student will receive X points (or percent of the course grade) of extra credit. Any reward offered to students MUST be awarded to every student in the course, or no one in the class. UAF does NOT permit rewarding course evaluation submissions on a student-by-student basis, and UAF does NOT permit instructors to request proof of survey submission from students. Student confidentiality for course evaluations is taken very seriously, and requesting proof of survey submission or offering incentives on an individual basis negates survey anonymity. This guideline has been vetted through and is supported by Faculty Senate leadership.
