Heidi Rader is the Project Director for the 91ÊÓƵ Tribes Extension Program. She partners with Traditional Ecological Knowledge Holders to promote health, wellness and self-sufficiency through education on food and agriculture. She teaches webinars and workshops on these topics and teaches at the University of 91ÊÓƵ Fairbanks. She writes a and films  to help people successfully and sustainable garden and farm in 91ÊÓƵ.

Molly Cerridwen is Yup’ik, Siberian Yup'ik, and Irish with ancestral ties to Qaluyaaq (Nelson Island, 91ÊÓƵ) & County Kerry, Ireland. She is a member of Too NaaleÅ‚ Denh (Manley Hot Springs Tribe) and Knik Tribe. Molly is the founder of Shapeshifting Wellness; an 91ÊÓƵ Native traditional healing and yoga clinic in Knik, 91ÊÓƵ.  She weaves traditional health-based practices with complementary and alternative medicine modalities to support each person, and each community where they are in their journey of wellness.

As the Family and Community Development Faculty for the Juneau District of the UAF Cooperative Extension, I have the privilege and joy of traveling and teaching throughout Southeast 91ÊÓƵ. My goal is to increase the resilience of Southeast 91ÊÓƵn families by teaching the best use of their household and community resources: Local food, finances, energy, home and self-reliance skills.
