Position Overview This position helps develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate marketing and advertising campaigns across a variety of channels and assists with marketing events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing and advertising campaigns such as email, social media, print campaigns, digital campaigns and events.
- Monitors and assists with social media efforts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, daily support of social media such as developing and posting content, promoting events through social media, building engagement, monitoring interactions, etc.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as products and services collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
- Responsible for bank website maintenance and development.

QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associate鈥檚 Degree or Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
- Marketing experience required. College coursework in marketing and/or graphic design may substitute for hands-on experience at the discretion of management.
- Valid driver鈥檚 license required in order to conduct bank related business. Willingness to drive personal vehicle required.
- Availability to work outside of normal business hours in order to assist with bank sponsored events and activities required. This includes evenings (after 5pm) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as search engine optimization, social media, copywriting, etc.) and market research methods.
