‘Energy in the North’ on Indonesia and marine energy in 91Ƶ

Upcoming on “Energy in the North” is a continuation of the conversation with Hafsah Halidah on energy in Indonesia. A new directive from the recently elected Indonesian president sets a national goal of reaching 100 gigawatts of installed solar across the island nation and a net zero emissions target for 2060. Currently Indonesia has around 15 gigawatts of solar installed.

Ben Loeffler, the Pacific Marine Energy co-director and ACEP’s marine energy lead, talks about the recent 11-day unattended testing of the BladeRunner Energy turbine at the Tanana River Hydrokinetic Test Site.
