Stop by the Orientation Check-In table to receive your nametag, bag and free t-shirt. Students and guests will both check in at this location.

Campus Tours

Tours will depart every hour, on the hour, from the Wood Center mall. The final tour will depart at 4 p.m.

Drop-In Transfer Credit Evaluation

Location: Wood Center Conference Room
Wondering how your previous coursework transfers to UAF? Drop in to our Transfer Credit Evaluation Session to speak one-on-one with a transfer credit evaluator and make sure your credits are being applied correctly. Please note: this session is focused on transfer credit evaluations and does not include course advising or registration assistance.

Join us for an informative presentation designed to help you understand how to access and use your VA education benefits. Orientation Welcome

Start your UAF journey at Orientation Kickoff, where you'll hear from university leadership, be welcomed by your academic college, and connect with your orientation group. This is your first step into campus life—don’t miss it!

UAF takes your student’s safety seriously. Find out how we support your student’s physical and mental health and safety during their time on campus. Hear from the UAF Police Department, Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability,  Student Health and Counseling Center, and Disability Services.
